Time Extensions

When the need/desire for therapists to continue beyond the booked time arises and the therapists are willing to do so, they will do so under licensed conditions. Minimum duration is 60 minutes. Therapist will collect cash for additional services.

Surcharge

A surcharge of 100,000 VND applies to bookings starting after 10pm. It also applies to bookings made within Da Nang city.

Cancellation Policy

You can choose to reschedule your appointment & cancel 3 hours before your appointment.

Personal Valuables

The Customer shall undertake to keep all personal effects out of sight or locked away each time before the arrival of Home 365 Spa’s representative and will not hold Home 365 Spa, its therapists or representatives responsible for any losses.

Grace Period

Customers will have a 30-minute window for Home 365 Spa to arrive at the location – 15 minutes before the scheduled time and 15 minutes after. You also allow us 10 minutes to set up equipment and an additional 10 minutes for packing up tools and equipment.

Indemnity

The Customer agrees to release Home 365 Spa and its staff from any liability for any loss, harm, injury, illness, damage, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses of any nature that the Customer might have or that may hereafter accrue to him/her as a result of the services provided by Home 365 Spa.
