What is "Home 365 Spa Services"?

We specialize in bringing the whole spa experience to your premises (it could be your house or hotel). Home 365 Spa is a good choice because all our therapists are certified and trained in a professional manner so that they could not only bring along a full set of spa supplies to your premises but also create a spa station in just 10 minutes. Our goal is to give you the relaxing atmosphere, high service standard of a premium spa, right in your own location.

Can I book your spa service and have it in my hotel room?

Certainly. We can come to wherever you are in Danang city and transform it into a temporary spa during the treatment. Let us know your hotel name and room number, we will be there at the booking time.

How do I book?

Our hotlines are available from 9a.m. to 10p.m. in the midnight, 365 days a year. You can contact us through the number (+84-978-887-847) by phone calls, emails or sms/whatsapp messages anytime during our working time to make a booking.

Is my spa appointment confirmed once I have made payment?

Yes. You will also receive a confirmation invoice via email which includes the date and time of the appointment.

When should I book my treatment?

You can call us anytime between 9:00.am - 22:00.pm to make your appointment. However, aiming to secure your prefered date and time of treatments, we advise you to book minimum 4 hours in advance. Especially, for morning treatment between 9:00 to 11:00, please make an appointment one day before.

Can I change my appointment after I have made a booking?

You can still make changes up to 3 hours before your appointment time, subject to availability of our new timing request.

How long do you need to set up the massage equipment (ie. bed, sheets, towels)?

It takes less than 10 minutes to complete the full massage setup.

Can I request for the therapist that I prefer?

You could leave a note and we will try our best to meet your demand. However, we are unable to guarantee that you will get your preferred therapist as it depends on her/his availability.

Can I extend the duration of the therapy on the spot?

Our therapist will check regarding her availability. If her time slot allows, she can extend the treatment and receive the additional payment from you in cash.

If I need to take a break in the middle of my massage session will the timing be extended automatically for me?

Our timing begins once the therapist has started the session (after the spa station is set up) and it will last for the agreed duration according to the start time. If the customer requires a break or pause, the time will not be extended automatically due to our tight booking schedule. We strongly encourage our customers to settle all errands before or after the treatment period, so that you can have an enjoyable and undisturbed pampering session with us.

What if I don’t like the massage style of my therapist? Can I request to change the therapist?

In this unlikely situation that you are not willing to proceed with the therapist who has been assigned to you, you may request to stop the service within 15 minutes after the treatment started. We will reschedule another time slot with another therapist. However, the change may not take effect immediately and it will likely to be rescheduled within a week, or as soon as we have an available slot.

Do your therapists provide any “Special” services or additional services for men?

Definitely no. Home 365 Spa is a professional and reliable organisation. We will not request, entertain or provide any form of service beyond our listed services. Clients who disrespect the dignity of our therapists will be referred without hesitation to the authorities. If our therapist is made to feel uncomfortable or in danger at any point during the appointment, she can activate help with a press of an emergency button that she is equipped with and leave the premises immediately.
